Since its establishment in 2018, our company has undergone three pivotal strategic transformations:

  • Startup Phase (2018-2021) : Operating under an OEM model, focusing on small-scale production and processing of simple clothing with high cost-effectiveness.
  • Struggling Pivot (2022-2023) : Due to intense domestic competition and declining profits, we began exploring the transition to export-oriented trade.Relocated to a new address and subsequently studied various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Alibaba, Shein, and Temu, as well as independent sites model. Through theoretical research and partial practical experience,after persevering systemic supply chain disruptions, and the growing pains of strategic transformation,finally we have identified our direction.
  • Strategic stage (2024-present) : position ourselves in the mid-to-high-end market, emphasizing quality and delivery time as core values, with service and technology as fundamental aspects. We plan to focus on independent sites and outline a 10-year development roadmap: stabilizing existing customers, gradually developing customers with common values, achieving mutual growth, and striving to design and manufacture high-quality clothing with distinctive features for people.
